Tatenda Blessing Muchiriri
Chief Dreamer, Founder, & Executive Director
Tatenda was born in Zimbabwe and discovered his love of Montessori while working with children in China for seven years before moving to Boulder, Colorado in 2015. He holds a MEd in Education from St. Kates University, a BS in Liberal Arts/Montessori from Endicott College, and an AA in Sociology, Philosophy, & Theater Arts from the University of Zimbabwe. He has received his AMS Early Childhood and Infant/Toddler credentials through the Montessori Education Center of the Rockies.
Tatenda has participated in multiple fellowships including the AMS Emerging Leaders Fellowship, Moonshot Edventures Fellowship, and Collective Leadership Fellowship. He serves as a board member for the Colorado Montessori Association and is passionate about Montessori philosophy and social-emotional development in early childhood education.
Nikki Conyers
Co-Founder & Chief Realist
Nikki holds multiple degrees including a B.A. in Psychology and Communications, a Masters in Montessori education, and is currently pursuing her doctorate studying Montessori education and social justice. She has extensive experience as a Montessori guide and administrator, having worked with elementary and middle school students in Houston and founded a Montessori middle school program.
She is now a teacher trainer and consultant who has worked internationally in the U.S., Poland, Zimbabwe, and Thailand. She specializes in anti-bias/anti-racism education, identity, and intersectionality. Her goal is for all children to have access to culturally-responsive, family-founded education that supports them as individuals.
Kimberly Wadzanai Pasi
Media & Communications
Kimberly Wadzanai Pasi manages social media content and online presence for Montessori on Wheels. She is passionate about connecting with the community and sharing the organization's work. She is also the founder of Elevatetuts, a tutoring business based in South Africa, and has been involved in education since she began tutoring at age 16.
Beyond her professional work, Kimberly is a poet, amateur dancer, and podcast enthusiast. She is dedicated to making a positive impact in education and empowering others through learning and creativity.
